Unless expressly stated otherwise, Verified Brick is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with any property developer, real estate agency, broker or government authority.

3. Eligibility and Permitted Use

By accessing or using Verified Brick, you confirm that:

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or republish our content, scoring methodology, reports or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or intellectual property rights to users.
